Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and support a healthcare client account. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and members, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will be critical in delivering reliable and empathetic service while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
• Education: 2nd Year College completer or College graduate
• Experience: 6 months BPO or Customer Service experience, With or without experience (only for College graduates)
• Excellent English communication skills.
