Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Group NB is a fast-growing international recruitment and staffing company serving clients across Canada and the U.S. We're expanding our digital presence and are looking for a dedicated Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team in our Philippines office.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok)
Create engaging written, graphic, and video content aligned with brand messaging
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising
Monitor analytics and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams, and external vendors when necessary
Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Proficiency with social media platforms and content management tools (e.g. Canva)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Basic graphic design and video editing skills a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
