Position: Assistant Manager
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Set up: Work On Site
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Weekends Off/Shifting Schedule

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree holder
At least 5 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO Company
At least 3 years in leading a team
Willing to work on site.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Responsibilities:

finds inefficiencies, improves service delivery through standardization, and streamlines procedures.
expertise in assessing and incorporating cutting-edge technologies like analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
keeps an eye on performance indicators, makes sure rules are followed, and upholds service excellence.
evaluates comments, makes adjustments, and cultivates a customer-focused culture.
Other task as assigned.
