Job Description
Prepare and process Ms. Chona payment requests on a daily basis
Encode the data into Quickbooks
Conduct bank reconciliations
Ensure and maintain the accuracy of data entered into the system as a reference for monthly report preparation
Filing of the documents
Assists the Accounting Supervisor in other Accounting tasks
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Financial Management or a related field is required for this role
At least 1 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in the petroleum Industry
Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Quickbooks and other Accounting Software
Attention to details
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Availability to start ASAP
