Job Description
Review Ms. Chona’s payment request to ensure eligibility and proper documentation
Monitor the daily bank balance and follow up on check issuance
Verify the completeness and accuracy of sales orders
Ensure the accuracy of entries in Quickbooks for preparation of financial reports.
Prepare and analyze monthly reports, including BIR Expanded VAT, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Sales Report
Manage and provide day-to-day coaching to the Accounting Assistant
Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior as needed
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Financial Management or a related field is required for this role
At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in the petroleum Industry
Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Quickbooks and other Accounting Software
Strong leadership skills
Attention to details
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Availability to start ASAP
