Job Description

Lead and Develop a team of purchasing and inventory staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
Manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Oversee the creation, approval and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeline
Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers, negotiating prices, delivery terms and service levels
Collaborate with inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts
Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve them
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, suppliers and inventory
