Job Description

Helpdesk Support Job Description:

Role: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities:

Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and networking.

Document and track issues in a ticketing system.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Provide basic training and guidance to users on common software and hardware tools.

Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems as needed.

Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for future reference.

Skills Required:

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking basics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, patient approach to troubleshooting.
