Job Description
* At least a Bachelor's/College Degree
* Sales experience within a construction or office fixtures related company is preferred
* Technical experience in an engineering field, including reviewing and evaluating cost estimates
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build relationships with both current and prospective customers
* Willingness to conduct client visits to identify sales opportunities and address client concerns
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
Attend industry events and trade shows
