Job Description

The Solar Laborer will assist with the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and support the field team in various construction and maintenance activities. This role is crucial to the success of each project, requiring hard work, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installing solar panels, racking, and mounting systems on rooftops and ground structures.

Load, unload, and move materials to installation sites.

Assemble system components according to project plans and instructions.

Dig trenches and install conduit for electrical wiring as needed.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.

Support electricians and crew leads with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous construction, roofing, or solar installation experience preferred but not required (training provided).

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
