Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our finance team with daily tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and report preparation. This role is ideal for someone organized, accurate, and eager to grow in the accounting field.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Maintain accurate financial records
Assist with reconciliations and monthly closing
Support audits and financial reporting
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
