Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product and Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving product innovation, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue existing and new business and partnership opportunities
Conduct market research to support product development and competitive positioning
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring new products to market
Support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements
Develop proposals, pitch materials, and strategic presentations
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in business development, product strategy, or related roles
Strong understanding of market research, product lifecycle, and customer insights
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Background in consumer products, health & wellness, is a strong plus
Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, or project management.
Startup or entrepreneurial experience
