Job Description

Vacancy : Business Development Manager

Work Location: Angeles City, Pampanga

Salary Range: Php 35,000 - 40,000

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing or any related field
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles
• Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Flexibility to do field work

 Job Description:
• Lead and develop a high performing team to acquire new clients, with their knowledge and understanding of products and services
• Skills in sales planning by identifying the target markets, industries and territories, align sales team to these markets, develop sales plan to ensure team is on track to deliver full year goals and targets
• Set team and individual targets in performance and productivity and build a robust plan to deliver the business results
• Develop performance reports and analysis to track team productivity and sales outcomes
• Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Promote the company’s products and services
• Build long-term relationships with new customers

        Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
with one Saturday (every last Saturday of the month)
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
