JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
2. Skills & Competencies:
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in handling recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related tools and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
