Job Description
Financial Operations: Assist in processing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
Financial Statements: Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support company growth and financial planning.
Compliance: Ensure transactions align with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Audits: Help prepare documentation for external audits and ensure accurate financial records.
Financial Reporting: Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management review.
Cash Flow Management: Help track and forecast cash flow to maintain proper financial stability.
Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to enhance processes and develop professional skills.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards
Knowledgeable in SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data.
Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced work environment.
