Job Description
2.Report updates on assigned schedule services in a daily basis.
3.Provide acknowledgement, timely and regular update/feedback.
4.Remind coordinators for prepared work permit and entry pass for each assigned ticket.
7.Ensure to inform clients that he is on the way for the service request.
8.Assist Co-field engineer and in house engineers' inquiry if in need of assistance onsite for technical concerns.
12.Accomplish monthly training and refresher course.
13.Among other things that are related to technicalities.
