Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, email, events, content marketing)
Manage and optimize marketing budgets and ROI
Lead a team of marketing associates and collaborate with external agencies
Analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
Support product launches with marketing materials and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B tech
Strong project management and leadership skills
Proficiency with marketing software (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to think creatively and analytically
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA
Experience in SaaS industry
