Job Description

BARISTA
Key responsibilities and duties of a Barista generally include:
• Beverage Preparation: Making various coffee and tea drinks, including espresso-based beverages, hot and cold drinks, and specialty beverages.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and handle customer inquiries.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, operate cash registers, and handle transactions accurately.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including countertops, machines, and seating areas.
• Inventory Management: Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
• Food Service: Prepare and serve basic food items like pastries, sandwiches, or cookies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Brand Representation: Uphold brand standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for customer

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED:
Prefer or require at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Customer Service/Hospitality Experience:
