What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels

Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Providing accurate information about our products and services

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a polite and empathetic manner

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a diverse range of customer inquiries

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry

A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
