Job title: Senior Group Lead
Account: Medical Device
Type of Support: Handles global complaint for voice and non-voice
Work set up: Onsite daily at IT Park, Cebu City (ideal candidates can be provided with relocation package)
Work shift: Night Shift | Weekends off
Salary: 68K to 70K package
Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate
• Graduate of Life Sciences Graduate, Engineering (medical, biomedical, chemistry) or any relevant degree
• No undergraduates
• Good communications skills and stakeholder management
• Preferred: experience in complaint handling and medical device, or healthcare accounts, but we can consider telco, sales, financial background as long as they meet at least 3 years operations management experience and has the required degree
• Has handled at least 100+ FTE in a cluster
• Overall work experience is not less than 7 years in BPO environment and not a job hopper
• Should not be a current or former employee of Wipro
• Must be living within Cebu or amenable to relocate if living outside Cebu
• Must have at least 3 years of similar experience as a Senior Group Leader or Operations Manager
