Job Description
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite in Cebu City
Shift Schedule: Night shift
Non-negotiable Requirements:
College Graduate
Minimum 3 years of exposure as a Sr. Group Lead handling team leaders (TLs)
Experience must be in voice account support (any LOB would do)
Preferably someone who has a good background in operational excellence and governance
