Type of Support: Blended (30% Voice, 70% Back office)
Work set up: Onsite Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park
Work shift: US Business hours
Salary: 35K to 40K package

Qualifications:

• Must be College Graduate
• Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Life Science course graduate or Biomedical engineer or any similar course related to Health/Healthcare
• 4+ years experience as Team Lead is required
• Preferred Healthcare experience like Insurance background, claims processing, US benefits
• Open for those with experience in other accounts like Telco or Travel
• Required complaints handling experience in medical tech related concerns
• Knowledge in ISO 13485/21CFR & EUMDR
• Must not be a current of former employee of Wipro
• Must be living in Cebu or willing to relocate at his/her own expense if living outside Cebu
