Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets and sectors.
Conduct research to identify potential partners, clients, or market segments.
Initiate and manage outreach campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
Build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to support opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align new business strategies with company goals.
Track and analyze business development metrics and report on progress.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related areas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong research, strategic thinking, and networking abilities.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Comfortable with outreach tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Preferred Experience:
Background in [industry: e.g., tech, sustainability, media, consulting, etc.].
Experience building B2B partnerships or working with enterprise clients.
Understanding of lead generation strategies and partner ecosystems.
