QAQC Supervisor

What you'll be doing
Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and procedures to meet project requirements and industry standards
Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address quality issues at all stages of the construction process
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related problems and ensure timely delivery of projects
Providing training and guidance to the construction team on quality control best practices
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
Continuously improving quality control processes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring issues

What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QAQC Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools, as well as familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate quality-related information
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
