Job Description
Develop and implement Social Management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plans aligned with strategic company goals. Collaborate with officers and department heads in crafting community engagement programs and resolving community concerns. Oversee the preparation and monitoring of SDMP and CSR budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Foster strong relationships with LGUs, key community leaders, and
other stakeholders to enhance community support.
Serve as the company’s media liaison and support branding and communication strategies internally and externally.
Facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), consultations, and grievance management sessions.
Lead cross-departmental efforts in planning and executing community based initiatives and sustainability programs.
Provide direct implementation and supervision of ComRel processes in the absence of designated officers.
