Job Description
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Verify that all transactions are accurately recorded in the correct financial books.
• Conduct partial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Prepare and submit tax forms in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain financial records, enter data, and generate detailed financial reports and statements.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Handle government-mandated contributions and payments (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, BIR) to maintain compliance.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of Accounting and Financial processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong work ethics and a team player.
• Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila.
• Preferably Female.
