Position: Finance Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30AM to 6:30 PM and Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 50,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 2 years of working experience as Finance Supervisor
Amenable to work on site
Amenable to work on a compress working schedule
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested

Job Descriptions:
Make sure that every invoice pertaining to the client is processed on schedule.
Monitoring the age of AR and swiftly contacting clients to collect
obtains and examines invoices from vendors.
analyzes transactional profit and collaborates with responsible departments.
overseeing the monthly and weekly bank reconciliations
processing of BIR remittances; extended VAT returns, including electronic submissions
Combining client data for revenue accruals
replicates GP margins and verifies gross profits per client.
oversees the petty cash fund and liquidations.
responsible for submitting all AR accounts' monthly accruals
Forecasting monthly sales.
Work with the operation team to oversee transactions and issues to guarantee timely resolution.
helps the finance staff with the annual audit and month-end close.
Assist with further operational issues
Additional duties as they may be allocated
