Job Description
Position: Accountant (Project Based: Possibility of regular employment depending on performance)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Ortigas
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php60,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Bachelor's Degree holder
*With at least 1-2 years of experience in Us Income Tax
*Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
*Amenable to work in a night shift schedule
*Amenable to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Help in gathering and organizing tax records from internal sources, vendors, and clients.
*Accurately and quickly enter tax and financial data into spreadsheets or accounting software.
*Make sure every document you provide satisfies the standards for filing taxes and is comprehensive.
*By entering data and making sure it is correct, you can assist in preparing preliminary tax forms for senior accountants to review.
*Maintain and arrange both paper and digital tax records and files.
*Request missing information or clarify document specifics by contacting clients by phone or email.
*Assist the tax team and senior accountants with typical administrative tasks like scheduling, document scanning, and filing.
