Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Collections Account, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their outstanding balances. You'll provide account information, guide clients through payment options, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely resolution of financial concerns—all while delivering excellent customer service in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- SHS/HS Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salary:
- ₱22,000.00 Monthly
