Job Description
Salary: Up to PHP 22,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Job Summary:
Serve as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers. Assist with inquiries about insurance coverage, billing, appointment setting, and patient services. This role requires empathy, clarity, and strong communication.
Qualifications:
- SHS/HS Graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Experience in a healthcare account is a plus
- Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
- Salary:
- ₱22,000.00 Monthly
