Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a background in medical allied courses, or a non-medical allied course with at least 1 year of customer contact experience (CCE), preferably in a healthcare account. We are also open to candidates with a background in non-medical allied courses and 1 year of healthcare CCE experience, particularly with LOA (Letter of Authorization) issuance. Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to healthcare-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist clients with medical-related queries, particularly related to LOA (Letter of Authorization) issuance, policy explanations, and healthcare services.
Process and validate LOA requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
Address patient inquiries regarding insurance coverage, billing, and claims processes.
Guide customers through healthcare services, ensuring that they understand the procedures, requirements, and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issuance of LOAs and other healthcare-related documents.
Adhere to industry regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:
At least a 3rd-year student in a medical allied course (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology) or a non-medical allied course graduate with 1 year of customer contact experience (CCE) in any account, preferably healthcare.
Non-medical allied course undergraduate with 1 year of healthcare CCE, particularly in LOA issuance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information and medical inquiries.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism while handling healthcare-related issues or concerns.
Knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes is a plus.
