Job Description

The role of a Senior Digital Manager for Social Media and Ecommerce typically involves a range of responsibilities aimed at overseeing and optimizing a company's online presence, particularly in the realms of social media and ecommerce.

Social Media Management:
 Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
 Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience.
 Monitor social media channels for mentions, trends, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
 Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
 Analyze social media metrics and performance to derive insights and improve strategies over time.

2. Ecommerce Management (outsourced):
 Oversee the company's ecommerce platforms (e.g., website, online store, marketplace channels)
 Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to drive ecommerce growth and revenue.
 Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
 Implement and manage ecommerce promotions, discounts, and sales events.

3. Content Creation and Management:
 Develop a content calendar aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
 Produce high-quality, multimedia content (e.g., videos, blog posts, infographics) for social media and ecommerce channels.
 Coordinate with internal or external creative teams (e.g., designers, videographers) to ensure content meets branding and quality standards.
 Manage content distribution and publishing schedules across various platforms.
