We're Hiring: Social Media & Branding Associate / Copywriter
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City | Department: Digital Marketing & Sales | Reports to: Digital Marketing and Sales Head
Are you a master of words with a sharp eye for brand tone, strategy, and digital trends? We’re seeking a Social Media & Branding Associate / Copywriter to lead the voice of our brand across all digital platforms. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, shaping content that is not only creative and engaging but also compliant, SEO-aligned, and performance-driven.

About the Role
This is a critical position within our Digital Marketing & Sales team. You will manage the planning, creation, and optimization of all social media and advertising copy, ensuring alignment with our weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic campaigns. You’ll also ensure that all content meets industry compliance regulations and reinforces the company’s mission, tone, and strategic direction.

What You’ll Do
*Craft compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns
*Collaborate closely with graphic designers and marketing leads to ensure cohesive messaging
*Maintain brand tone and voice across all digital touchpoints including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email newsletters, and website content
*Build out strategic weekly/monthly/quarterly content calendars tied to ongoing marketing campaigns
*Optimize content for SEO, SEM, and Display Ads to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
*Ensure all marketing copy complies with Philippine SEC regulations, the Philippine NPC adhering to the Data *Privacy Act, and other relevant financial institution standards
*Track content performance, adapt messaging based on analytics, and identify areas for content improvement

Qualifications
*2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or digital marketing with a focus on branding and performance
*Strong portfolio of written work across ads, social media, websites, and/or email marketing
*Deep understanding of content best practices for SEO, SEM, and digital campaign optimization
*Familiarity with Philippine regulatory frameworks (SEC, Data Privacy Act) as it applies to marketing financial services
*Experience in social media management, brand storytelling, and editorial planning
*Exceptional grammar, writing precision, and brand consistency across platforms
*Proven ability to write both creatively and analytically with a strong sense of audience

Nice to Have
*Experience in the fintech or financial literacy sectors
*Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., GA4), or social publishing tools
*Working knowledge of keyword research and ad copywriting for search/display campaigns
