Job Description

The ideal candidate should love talking to people and should love solving issues. You will be responsible for communicating with the customers resolve their technical concerns and handle refund applications.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, processes and policies
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs and KPIs
Data entry in various platforms
