Recruitment Team Manager

We are in Urgent Hiring for our RECRUITMENT TEAM MANAGER!

Location: Ayala, Makati site!

Job Description:

The Recruitment Team Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring and driving performance,
while managing recruitment and collaborating with key stakeholders. Successful candidates will perform functions like:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance goals.
Oversee recruitment efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Collaborate, prepare, and present reports to stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Manage multiple tasks and pivot when necessary to meet business needs.
Other duties include report generation, analysis, and account implementation
Qualifications:

At least 1 year of solid experience in managing Recruitment Teams ideally from the following industries:
a. Recruitment/Headhunter Firms
b. BPO/Call Centers
At least 3 years of volume recruitment experience
Candidates should display deep knowledge of the principles of Operations Management,
Performance Management, and Team Development.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both spoken & written.
Candidates should have strong Analytical skills and Leadership qualities.
Candidates must be open to shifting tasks based on business needs.
Candidates must be amenable to work onsite (Ayala, Makati)
