Job Description

Client Profile: This business was founded in 1998. They are a third-party BPO provider using a blended delivery platform to provide both voice and non-voice services. They acquired the 150-seat Filipino call center with the intention of using it as its base for accessing markets within the Southeast Asian region. They are currently active in verticals such as banking, financial services, payroll processing, claims management, and student loan consolidation.

Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With 2-5 years experience as HR Business Partner
✨With experience in Employee Labor Relation is an advantage
✨Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
✨Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
✨Take an active part in handling employee cases, notices, and memorandums from beginning to conclusion.
✨Create and carry out training for new procedures and rules pertaining to every employee, answering any queries or worries
✨Reviews adherence to business policies and disciplinary procedures with operations and/or other departments
✨Analyze the underlying causes of retention
✨Perform an analysis of post-activity surveys
✨Understanding, observing, and upholding all relevant labor laws
✨Oversee the HRBP Team as a whole
✨Carry out ad hoc tasks as delegated by management.
