JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (like business, HR, or Operations)
8-12 years of experience in Workforce Management  operations, or HR
At least 5 years experienced in leadership
With experience in Workforce management tols
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for looking for opportunities and overall management to expand the WFM AP and QA service offering into additional contracts, cost structure and budget.
To support the Command Center leads for sales and RFP responses & sales process by assisting with development of sales material, quotes, demos and tours.
Provide direction to WFM team on cost to serve initiatives
The individual is responsible for driving operational maturity across all WFM AP and QA groups, as well as managing cross-geography status and functional reporting.
Responsible for looking for opportunities and overall management to expand the WFM AP and QA service offering into additional contracts, cost structure and budget.
