Job Description
Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, developers, and key stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison for all landlord representation services.
Develop and execute leasing strategies that enhance the revenue potential of properties through effective lease structuring, tenant mix planning, and negotiation.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with developers, landowners, and building owners to secure mutually beneficial lease agreements.
Secure leasing projects and partner with property owners to create and implement tailored leasing strategies that drive occupancy.
Develop and execute targeted marketing and lead generation initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
Address and resolve complex negotiation challenges between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth leasing transactions.
Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, providing strategic direction and support to enhance productivity.
Continuously track and analyze real estate market trends, competitor leasing strategies, and tenant demand to maintain project competitiveness.
Provide regular updates on leasing activities, occupancy levels, and key performance indicators.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless lease execution and service delivery.
