Property Manager

-Prepares Financial/ Budget Planning (Revenue)
-Collaborates in all leasing endeavors with respect to the company’s retail/ mixed -use mall property spaces.
-Researchers and prepares retail market reports including market trends, occupancy and rental rate studies, new developments, and competitive property assessments.
-Develops leasing strategies and recommends in order to achieve Mall lease occupancy targets
-Establishes strong partnerships with the key tenant partners to get leads and participates actively in negotiations
-Conducts regular periodic meetings with owners and tenants.
-Leverages and expands the network of ‘’best-in-class’’ retailer contacts and foster strong relationships with tenant partners.
-Manages the leasing team to ensure good relations with tenants and acts as next level support for issues with other departments.
