Job Description
a. Daily Activities
Update and matching of credit card collections
Update of bank statement gsheet
Coordination of credit card differences with the bank
Maintenance of cash receipts and cash disbursement books
b. Weekly Activities
Coordination of credit card differences with the bank
Weekly posting of credit card transactions
Bank Reconciliation for local banks
c. Month End Activities
Credit Card posting cutoff based on month end closing
Submission of credit card sales breakdown per bank per mode of payment
Confirmation of credit card balance per bank
Update of passbook per bank
Balance Sheet account reconciliation of the credit card account
Perform review of accounts based on assigned income statement account
d. Branch Support
Perform payment verification (Bank Transfer, Check Payments and Ipay88)
Perform sales cancellation (Wrong release, DOA, etc.)
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
CPA is an advantage
With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Open for fresh graduates
Willing to work at our head office in Quiapo, Manila

- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
