Sales Supervisor

* Oversees and Monitors the performance of agents assigned under this position.
* Submits reports or requested data from the supplier or management on time (This also includes Monthly Coverage Plan).
* Understands and studies programs and/or promotions by the supplier or company, cascades to agents under this position, and ensures that accounts assigned to their agents receive correct information and such.
* Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
* Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
* Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
* Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
* Conduct random audits and checks to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. Also, immediately report detected fraudulent activities.
* Maintains a healthy relationship with accounts.
* Encourages and shows leadership to agents under this position and other employees.
* Sets an example of disciplined, punctual, and approachable behavior to those around Him/Her.
* Takes care of the items/materials provided by the company for the betterment of his work.
* Reports directly to the Operations Manager, yet is able to take orders from other management in the Operations Manager’s absence.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
* At least 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in a distribution business (FMCG)
* Must possess a valid Driver's license (123)
* Proven track record in managing sales team and achieving sales targets.
* Experience in field sales, account management and van sales operations is highly desirable
* In-dept understanding of sales operations, including customer account management, sales reporting and expense validation.
* Willing to travel extensively within assigned territories ( Davao Region, Davao Occidental and North Cotabato)
