Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager for Modern Trade is responsible for overseeing all store sales operations, including sales performance, in-store warehousing, and inventory control across all modern trade branches. This role ensures smooth coordination between front-end sales activities and back-end store logistics (stock management and replenishment) to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position reports directly to the President and COO and leads a team of Store Sales Operations Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
*At least 5 years of progressive experience in retail sales operations, with strong exposure to modern trade and in-store inventory/warehousing.
*Strong leadership experience managing multi-store operations and diverse teams.
*In-depth knowledge of retail operations, merchandising execution, and in-store logistics.
*Familiarity with inventory systems and ERP software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
*Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
*Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
