Job Description
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science
- Good oral and communication skills
- Has a strong interpersonal skills
- Preferably with 1 -2 year experience as an OD & Training Specialist or Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Shall assist in the areas of Organizational Development, Training and Performance Management
- Assist in the preparation of training modules and coordinates training to be conducted
- Assist in the collation and safekeeping of job description, policies and other documents
- Salary:
- ₱24,000.00 Monthly
