Job Description
Position: Team Leader ( eCommerce)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Antipolo
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Salary: Php25,000 - Php 40,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Bachelor's Degree holder
*With at least 1 year of experience as eCommerce Team Leader
*Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
*Amenable to work in a night shift schedule
*Amenable to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
oversees a maximum of 20 employees.
Evaluates, manages, and motivates employees' performance.
Oversees SLA/KPI measurements for clients as well as internal operational metrics.
Participates in routine operations and customer calls and meetings
Prepares for each client's business review in close coordination with operational leadership.
Organizes and attends quarterly Town Hall meetings and a monthly General Assembly.
Examines performance information for management, clients, and/or operations.
Updates the daily tracker and keeps an eye on deadlines.
Performs coaching, feedback sessions, and continuous/regular audits.
Puts corrective measures into place and tracks developments on any deviations or violations, process gaps, & KPI/SLA
Recognizes difficulties and resolves escalated problems
Provides updates on any performance to Operations Leadership and other pertinent parties.

Manages and distributes the workload agents
