Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Skilled in Power BI and SharePoint
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable with shifting schedules (mostly night shift)
What You’ll Do:
Analyze freight and logistics data to support third-party services
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
Work with teams to gather data and find insights
Use SharePoint and Microsoft tools to manage reports
Spot trends and suggest ways to improve operations
Help make our data processes more efficient and accurate
