Business Intelligence Analyst

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
LOCATION: Pasig City
SETUP: Onsite, Day Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Visualization – Turning data into information for stakeholders.
- Data Automation – Create systematic way for data to be ingested.
- Data Reporting – Provide adhoc or scheduled reports to stakeholders.
- Data Troubleshooting – identify root cause of data issues with reports, dashboards or SQL scripts.
- Team Player – Support other team members and back up each other.
- KPIs – Monitor and determine improvement opportunities.
- Clarifies and follows up with concerned parties on root cause of data discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College and above, Mathematics or Computer Science major is preferred.
- Expert level in SQL, and any modern programming language
- Experience in dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Integrity with strong sense of trust and responsibility
- Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
- Good understanding of data management, data analytics, business intelligence or area related to their assigned product/program.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Good in reading, written and spoken English
- Possess data analytical skills and logical thinking
- Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
- Strong organization skills and ability to follow documented procedures
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Background in freight forwarding, consolidation and logistics is preferred
- Some technical knowledge in SQL, programming languages, BI related software
