Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge in HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees
- Process payroll and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
- Prepares Government Mandate Reports
- Assist the HR in Employee Engagement
- Salary:
- ₱16,770.00 Monthly
