Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Service as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Receive, prioritize, process and identify incoming orders according to the sales policy and customer requirements.
- Process customer orders in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with sales team and customers.
- Communicate with warehouse staff and ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
- Enter and maintain customer and order information in company databases and systems.
- Respond to customer inquires regarding order status and shipment tracking information.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Develop a thorough understanding of products and service offering.
- Handle inquiries and request from customers and address their need in a timely matter.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that meet their needs.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
- Develop and manage relationships by engaging with key customers and potential opportunities.
- Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to conduct negotiations.
- Maintain Customer Service for account management assigned, including but not limited to following up on open quotations, re-orders, problem solving.

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree

- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships using a consultative, solution-focused approach.
