Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
• Be the go-to person for client and candidate inquiries
• Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with clients to adapt our services to their changing needs
• Work closely with different teams to meet client expectations
• Team up with the finance department for seamless invoicing and billing
• Find top-tier candidates for various positions
• Interview and assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business/management related field - FOR FRESH GRADUATES ONLY
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Maintains utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Efficient time management for task prioritization and meeting deadlines
• Proactively resolves challenges for smooth account management and recruitment
• Adaptable to dynamic client needs, industry changes, and a fast-paced environment
Work Arrangements
Set-up:
Onsite - training period (3 months)
Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
Location: Malolos, Bulacan
