Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruitment Lead to lead the recruitment efforts for healthcare professionals across various healthcare settings. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates, and managing relationships with healthcare clients. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to fill critical healthcare positions, contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Healthcare Recruitment Operations: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare positions, from sourcing to placement. Ensure all steps, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement, meet the client’s specific needs and timelines.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare organizations. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring recruitment processes align with client expectations.
• Team Collaboration and Guidance: Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure that all healthcare vacancies are filled with qualified candidates. Provide training and support to junior recruiters or consultants on sourcing, interviewing, and placement processes for healthcare positions.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Lead efforts to source, interview, and screen healthcare candidates across various roles, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, administrative staff, and other healthcare roles. Use diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, social media, and partnerships with professional organizations.
• Candidate Assessment & Selection: Ensure that candidates meet the specific qualifications, certifications, and experience required for healthcare roles. Conduct in-depth interviews, reference checks, and verify credentials to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Industry Knowledge & Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance regulations specific to healthcare staffing (such as licensure, continuing education, and accreditation). Ensure that all recruitment practices align with relevant healthcare laws and ethical standards.
• Market Research & Analysis: Analyze the healthcare job market, tracking trends, and identifying in-demand roles and skill sets. Provide clients with insights on competitive salary ranges, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure successful placements and future referrals. Provide support during the onboarding process and act as a liaison between clients and candidates to ensure smooth transitions.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and candidate retention rates. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of open positions, candidate pipelines, and placement success.
• Business Development: Work with the business development team to identify new healthcare clients and expand the firm’s client base. Attend healthcare networking events, conferences, and other industry events to foster client relationships and promote the firm’s services.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Certification in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or recruitment management, with a strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry standards. Experience in managing recruitment teams is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare staffing requirements, licensing, certifications, and regulations. Familiarity with the healthcare recruitment market and current trends.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience with job boards, social media recruiting, and sourcing platforms.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and team members. Ability to negotiate offers and present candidates professionally to clients.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple positions and clients simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Sales & Business Development: Experience with business development in a recruitment firm environment is a plus. Ability to identify new client opportunities and grow the healthcare recruitment segment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a recruitment firm focused on healthcare.
• A background in healthcare or experience working in healthcare settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of global healthcare recruitment trends and international healthcare staffing is a plus.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
