Job Description

1. Oversees various sections of the Administration Department
2. Acts on a concurrent capacity as HR Manager and performs the following roles:
• Recruitment: Does interview for critical positions and managers. Prepares offer sheets.
• Training and Development: Oversees training initiatives and program. Approves Training Plan and oversees its implementation. Reviews and approves training modules. Recommends specific training needs of Managers.
• Compensation, Benefits and Performance Appraisal. Responsible in salary administration. Oversees and monitors the implementation of performance appraisal system. Recommends merit increase guidelines, oversees its implementation. Prepares incentives and bonus guidelines as well. Oversees payroll administration.
• Labor Relations. Acts as an Adviser to all Managers on matters pertaining to interpretation of the Code of Conduct and the labor laws. Does conflict management, oversees the implementation of disciplinary action. Handles termination cases.
• Employee Relations. Manages and oversees all employee relations activities Recommends other employee engagement activities as deemed necessary.

3. Oversees Implementation of policies and rules in the different sections of the Administration Department
4. Responsible in compliance to the requirements of government offices such as: Bureau of Customs, Board of Investment, Food and Drug Administration and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources
